Hey guys and gals! Just wanted to let everyone know my Spring calendar is just about full and have begun booking for SUMMER! Yep you heard that right :))
If you were planning on a session of any kind for the spring you might want to email me ASAP! If you were thinking of Summer or Fall let's talk!
A great opportunity for some new portraits are the Springtime Minis I have coming up this weekend in Horn Lake and next weekend in Florence! I have 3 spots left for March 30th and 4 for April 6th. Email email@example.com to book your session today! These are great to get those Easter portraits taken, to commemorate a special occasion, to celebrate a milestone, or to announce some exciting news. Or just because you love to take pictures! Or because you love me! :)))
The instagram shot above is a sneak peek of what this year's Springtime Minis will look like!
Today, this lovely couple embarks on the journey of marriage. Rusty & Stacie found me through another sweet couple, Beth & Joel, and I was so honored and excited they chose me to be their engagement and wedding photographer! This past fall I took off to Vicksburg for what was to be a love-filled esession on a gorgeous day with a 0% chance of rain. It was definitely love-filled and it sure was a gorgeous day because of it, but would you know it drizzled and or full out rained. the. entire. time. But that's ok because it created some awesome skies long before sunset and provided the perfect lighting for these two lovebirds session and the rain just makes all the colors pop! They first took me to the military park and I must say I fell in love with the landscape. I'm a big history buff and I had chills just imagining what it was like back in the day. After we spent some time in the park we headed downtown. By this time the rain was coming down a little harder so we had to get creative on locations that provided some cover. But by the end the rain stopped and we were able to get some last shots in front of the river at dusk. It was perfect! So here it is. The sweetest, loveliest, drizzliest (if thats a word) engagement session of them all. The last shot of the ring might be one of my new favorite ring shots ever! I die.
Congrats again you two and I can't wait for the wedding!! See you in just a few :))
Last May I had the pleasure of capturing the love between a truly awesome, unique and special couple…Letty & Adam! This has been one of my favorite engagement sessions to date and I'm sure you'll agree! I had the best time with them that afternoon frolicking around downtown Yazoo City, basking in the golden rays of Letty's father's wheat field and dodging paint as these two got down and dirty. Literally. And for your viewing pleasure here is their love-filled esession. Be sure and leave a comment below if you like what you see! :)
Congratulations again, Letty & Adam! I am absolutely stoked to be documenting your BIG day tomorrow! The first wedding of 2014. I know it's going to be grand!! :))
